A Future Therapy Practice for Women of Color seeking

Greater Clarity, Connection, and Self-Understanding

You spend so much of your life showing up for everyone else. Therapy is a space to show up for yourself.

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, burnout, family expectations, cultural pressures, life transitions, grief, or simply trying to understand who you are beyond everyone else’s expectations, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin moving forward with greater clarity and self-trust.

Therapy for the Parts of Life That Feel Difficult, Uncertain, or Heavy

Many women come to therapy because something feels painful, overwhelming, confusing, or difficult to understand. Others come because they want to know themselves more deeply.

Whatever brings you here, therapy offers a space for reflection, insight, healing, and growth at your own pace.

Areas of Focus

Identity & Cultural Expectations

Explore questions of identity, belonging, family expectations, cultural pressures, intergenerational dynamics, and the challenge of balancing your own needs with the expectations of others.

Relationships, People-Pleasing & Boundaries

For women who find themselves overgiving, prioritizing everyone else’s needs, struggling to say no, or feeling stuck in relationship dynamics that no longer serve them.

Grief & Loss

Support through the many forms of grief that shape our lives, including the loss of loved ones, relationships, identities, life stages, and important dreams for the future.

Burnout, Anxiety & Life Transitions

Navigate overwhelm, uncertainty, perfectionism, major life changes, career challenges, caregiving responsibilities, and the pressure of carrying too much for too long.

Meet Anjali

I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and building a future therapy practice focused on supporting women of color navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, burnout, cultural expectations, grief, and life transitions.

My interest in this work comes from a lifelong fascination with the ways people make meaning, navigate change, heal from difficult experiences, and build lives that feel more authentic and aligned with who they are.

I believe many women spend years carrying responsibilities, expectations, and roles that leave little room to understand what they themselves need, want, or feel. Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, listen more closely to yourself, and develop a deeper, more compassionate relationship with who you are.
